As the economy changes, the line that at one time more or less separated real estate investors
and Realtors has all but disappeared. Our functions are different, but as professionals working
in the same market, with many of the same clients and goals, we can enjoy mutual success
by working alongside each other for the good of all.
Just as you have a certain "niche" that you may specialize in as a Realtor, so do most of us as
investors. By working together, we can create a synergy that can not only benefit us, but the
people that we serve.
If you have properties that are distressed in any way, we may be interested in taking a serious
look at the deal. We will consider listed properties needing a short sale, a REO property, or a
property whos only distress is the physical condition it is in. We have people on our staff that
can negotiate a short sale on your behalf, repair a broken down property, or even find a tenant in
the situation where a listing decides to "rent instead of sell". (and will pay your full commission)
We are well-funded, have many creative techniques and methods at our disposal, and would like
to be the "first person you call" when you have an unusual property, a property in an unusual
situation, or simply a "good deal" you'd like to sell quickly! In many cases we will pay cash and
close quickly... and in others we have an extensive buyers list that we can "assign" a contract
to.
